Join us in November for an evening of stunning organic produce.

We welcome Paxton, Biodynamic Winemakers from the iconic McLaren Vale region for this dedicated organic event. The feast will showcase sustainably-certified seafood as well as organically farmed pigs head, lamb shoulder, scotch fillet and cheeses, prepared by our Head Chef at MuMu Grill, Craig Macindoe.

The fish will be cooked by the Head Chef of Yassawa Island Resort & Spa, an exclusive luxury resort on one of the most remote and unspoiled islands of Fiji.

This year i have managed to get some great organic Turkeys
I have also refined my ginger Glaze to go out with our double smoked free range Ham.
