Richmond Oysters would like to invite you to join us on a journey into the wonderful world of oyster provenance. We'll be shucking pacific oysters from bays throughout Tasmania and South Australia, rock oysters from NSW and Victorian Native Flat angasi oysters from Mt Martha! With a glass of Pol Roger champagne on arrival, eat as many fresh shucked natural oysters as you like with a selection of cooked and specially garnished varieties coming out of the kitchen alongside various canapes! We will also be sporting three perfect wines to match on the evening, with complimentary samples as you journey through the bountiful variety of natural oysters on offer. |
