Last weeks Box was so great. I'm doing it again. I had the pork shoulder with some friends on sunday, amazeballs! If you want to make friends invite them around for slow cooked pork shoulder.
This weeks roast is pork shoulder. It is pre-marinated in salt, fennel and sechuan pepper. The simple roast is to put the oven on for 1.5 hours at 180C. Then cover in foil and add half a litre of milk or stock and a bunch of sage. Cook for an additional 3.5 hours at 150C. You will be able to cut this with a spoon.
To make a delicious pulled pork add some hot sauce, apple cider vinegar and some brown sugar in equal parts (to taste) when you add the stock back to the meat.
