Last week I cooked a T-Bone for my nephew and I fell in love with good steak again. I salted the t-bone, crushed up some rosemary and pressed it into the flesh. I Left it for 35 minutes while the BBQ heated up. With the grate nice and hot and my steak at room temp, I pat the steak dry then cook it on the hot BBQ until medium rare. it was amazing with a beautiful crust. check it out here on facebook.
This week I have included a pre-marinated butterflied Bannockburn Chicken. this bird is easy to grill, roast or BBQ
I have added some seasoned beef and pork mince. I got the idea from a beautiful sausage roll bought from the sourdough bakery in Berry. the flavour was amazing. this mince can be used to make beautiful no fuss meatballs, just roll into your favourite size, cover in fresh tomato sauce basil and bocconcini then bake for 30 minutes in a hot oven (depending on meatball size, this time is for golf ball size meatballs).
