I want to tell you a story about my cousin Terry. He is actually, my cousin by marriage. All that doesn't matter. Last year Terry was 160KG wringing wet, and seriously unfit. He didn't eat or exercise well, and from where I was sitting he was heading to an early grave.
Last year Terry started eating bacon for breakfast every day.
He loves his food (obviously), and is a reasonable cook. Last week he called me and said "Craig I've lost 55Kg" . That may not be revolutionary to many people (heaps of people go on crash diets and lose allot of weight. Terry has lost all his weight just by eating plenty of vegetables, plenty of meat and plenty of fat. He has cut out bread and sugar.
Now make of that what you will. Is it paleo diet is it Low carb high fat diet. he has lost allot of weight and is exercising allot more. Go and buy some more vegies get my grass fed meats and live a better life.
