Opening hours - Monday Nights! We are loving the warmer weather and decided to throw back open the doors on Monday nights, so we are now open 7 nights from Monday to Sunday from 5:30pm and lunch 12pm – 3pm, Thursday to Sunday. We hope to see you soon...
XMAS – END OF YEAR Functions We have already almost sold out of function space bookings for the first week of December with some big groups getting in early. We are lucky that we are able to host some of the bigger numbers due to our Private Dining Room and HUGE (soon to renovated) outdoor area. Dimmi - 50% Off Dining! As part of our great relationship with Dimmi we were able to be one of the few venues on the North side to be included in their restaurant week promo that just finished and we managed to do 230 new bookings and 659 new covers at our special 50% off food promo! Melbourne Cup - Nov 1 The day that stops the nation, but not our kitchen and bar! Its galloping up fast and we are working on an awesome “Surf n Turf” set menu for you. The price is $65pp and included is a glass of sparkling on arrival. We are already filling up so please book now to avoid missing out. The race will be broadcast on our brand spanking new 75” Ultra HD 4k TV and audio through the restaurant. Sweeps and raffles will be going on too. It should be an awesome arvo! Giddy-up!
New Menu Our new Spring Menu arrives this week and there is lots of great new produce on offer and we are using it all. Fresh Asparagus, Spring Lamb and more. Yum! We have cut the size of the menu down a little bit too as the feedback from a lot of our guests was that it was simply too BIG. This will also give us the opportunity to explore more seasonal specials and change it on a weekly basis.
New Chef of the Month In keeping with our promise of bringing new chefs in to keep things fresh & interesting here I am pleased to announce a chef I know very well, my brother Antony Farris. Tony has put our little restaurant in Jindabyne, The Alpine Diner on hiatus for this month and has come up to lend a hand to prepare the busy few months ahead. Tony did his apprenticeship at the legendary Bayswater Brasserie & is bringing 25+ years of experience in some of Sydney's best eateries to help with the menu and will be doing some great specials while he’s here.
Crows Nest Festival Coming up on the 22nd this month is Crows Nest Festival and we will doing be a special BBQ stall for it. Come and grab a Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket or Wagyu Double Banger Sanga for only $10! We will also be doing lots of prizes and treats for the little ones so come and say g’day! Sunday Bloody Sunday - 30th Oct We are holding a special event on Sunday 30th October. A “Bloody Mary Brunch” where we are testing out our upcoming Summer Brunch menu and some new brunch cocktails. Come and try some new dishes and give us some feedback.

Halloween - All weekend long! Kids (and adults) show us your costume! Halloween is coming soon and we’re excited! We will be offering treats for kids all weekend long + during our Halloween weekend all kids 12 and under eat free when they’re dressed in costumes, with the purchase of an adult meal. If any adult comes dressed up I will buy them a cocktail or drink of your choice for your sheer bravery!
