Meet the award-winning winemaker shaking up the Barossa Valley at our inaugural Winter Wine Dinner at The Vincent on Wednesday 5 July. Winemaker Daniel Chaffey Hartwig, one half of the award-winning Chaffey Bros Wine Co duo, will walk guests through six wine varietals and will educate guests on the influence of terroir and food pairing on the wine tasting experience. Barossa-born-and-bred, Daniel founded Chaffey Bros Wine Co with his brother-in-law Theo Engela to champion minimum intervention winemaking and revive the lost art of small batch winemaking. The Vincent's Head Chef Aaron Kennedy has designed a five course menu that complements the wines and showcases Victoria's spectacular winter produce. |
