MUMU BBQ Sauce
Recipes: Pork Ribs. Preheat oven to 200Degrees. Place ribs in oven for 15 minutes, cover in bbq sauce and cook for another 15minutes. serve this with coleslaw or salad for maximum enjoyment.
Coleslaw i use natural yoghurt as an alternative to coleslaw dressing if you want to make the coleslaw more healthy.
The Rump Steak is getting rave reviews in the restaurant at the monment. Grill on the bbq untill medium rare and serve with. your favourite steak accompaniments. I love roasting feild mushrooms with some olive oil, seasoning and blue cheese.
Pan fry the Lamb backstarp and serve with slow baked sweet potato and snow peas.
The best way to cook Sweet potato is to halve and cook in the oven at about 170 for 1-1.5 hours or untill its soft and sweet.
