Spring is here what a cracker weekend we've had. Let's hope the beautiful spring weather stays around. This week's meat box is a beauty featuring some lovely "Australian white" ( breed) lamb backstraps "Speckle Park" steaks, Grass fed wagyu and some chimi churri. As well as a healthy lamb and Wagyu bolognese, for those nights when you just couldnt be bothered to cook.
I started the meat box last year with a number of goals in mind. one was to help people eat better meat. To provide a cost efffective way to purchase grass fed and nutricious meals for your family. Finally to add an arm to our business, which from our surveys was greatly sought after.
I believe we have had a year of learning. I'd love for you to be recomending our meatbox to your friends and I'd love to know what would be required for that to happen. Also I'd love to know what would make you purchase more frequently?
